CRAB-FILLED CRESCENT SNACKS

Steps:
- Heat over to 375 degrees.
- Spray large cookie sheet with non-stick cooking spray.
- In small bowl, combine crabmeat, cream cheese, onions and garlic salt and mix well.
- Unroll both cans of dough.
- Separate into 16 triangles.
- Cut each triangle in half lengthwise to make 32 triangles.
- Place 1 teaspoon crab mixture on center of each triangle about 1 inch from short side of triangle.
- Fold short ends of each triangle over filling.
- Pinch sides to seal.
- Roll up.
- Place on sprayed cookie sheet.
- In small bowl, combine egg yolk and water and mix well.
- Brush egg mixture over snacks.
- Sprinkle with sesame seed.
- Bake at 375 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Serve warn snacks with sweet-and-sour sauce.

- Preheat oven to broil.
- In a medium-size mixing bowl, mix together crabmeat, cheese, mayonnaise, and butter or margarine. Spread heaping tablespoon of crab mixture on each muffin. Sprinkle with paprika. Cut muffins into quarters. Arrange the pieces on a cookie sheet.
- Broil until the crab mixture is bubbly and golden brown, 3 to 5 minutes. Serve warm.

- Heat oven to 375°F. Spray cookie sheet with cooking spray. Unroll dough on work surface. Pinch seams to seal and roll with a rolling pin to create an even rectangle. Cut into 6 rows by 4 rows to make 24 squares. In small bowl, mix cream cheese, mayo, crabmeat, onion, and red pepper. Salt and pepper to taste. Divide crab mixture evenly among the squares, dropping it by spoonfulls that are 1/2 inch from 1 corner of each square. Starting with same corner, fold dough over filling, and tuck end tightly underneath filling; continue rolling to within 1/2 inch of opposite corner. Roll opposite corner of dough over roll; press to seal. Place on cookie sheet. Brush with egg white, if desired. Bake 10 to 15 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from cookie sheet. Serve warm.
