- In a small bowl, beat cream cheese and horseradish until smooth. Stir in crab and onion. Spoon 2-3 teaspoonfuls into each tart shell; sprinkle with paprika. , Place on a baking sheet. Bake at 350° for 16-18 minutes or until tops begin to brown.

- Crisp phyllo cups as directed on package.
- In 10-inch skillet, cook bacon over medium heat 4 to 5 minutes or until crisp. Remove with slotted spoon; drain on paper towel-lined plate. Add mushrooms and onion to drippings in skillet; cook 3 to 4 minutes, stirring occasionally, until mushrooms and onion are soft and skillet is nearly dry.
- Add broth; cook 4 to 6 minutes or until most of liquid is absorbed. Add crabmeat and cream cheese; stir 1 to 2 minutes or until cream cheese melts. Stir in spinach until wilted and mixture is heated through. Stir Parmesan cheese into mixture; remove from heat, and stir in lemon juice.
- Scoop rounded teaspoons crab filling into phyllo cups; top with bacon and thyme.

- In medium bowl, stir together all ingredients except phyllo shells, additional dill weed and lemon slices until well mixed. Cover; refrigerate until ready to serve.
- Spoon about 1 rounded tablespoon crab mixture into each phyllo shell. Garnish each with dill weed sprig and lemon slices. Serve immediately.

CRAB STRUDEL
Steps:
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
- Heat 2 tablespoons butter in a medium saute pan, add the scallions and garlic and cook over medium-low heat until the scallions are soft, approximately 5 minutes. Add the curry powder and stir.
- Shred the crabmeat into a bowl and mix with the parsley, lime juice, salt, to taste, and pepper. Add the crabmeat to the scallion mixture.
- Melt 10 tablespoons of butter in a small pan and set aside.
- Unfold 1 sheet of the phyllo dough. Brush the sheet with melted butter and sprinkle with bread crumbs. Repeat the process by laying a second sheet of phyllo dough over the first sheet, brush it with melted butter and sprinkle with bread crumbs until 5 sheets have been used. Spoon a 1-inch wide row of the crab mixture along 1 edge of the phyllo dough. Roll it up. Brush the top with butter and set aside. Repeat the entire process using the all the phyllo dough and crab filling.
- Cover a sheet pan with parchment paper. Score the crab strudel diagonally into 1 1/2-inch pieces and bake for 12 minutes, or until the top is lightly brown. Slice and serve.

- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Lightly grease an 8x8 inch square baking pan.
- In a large bowl, combine crabmeat, sour cream, cream cheese, buttermilk, mayonnaise, Monterey Jack cheese, Cheddar cheese, capers, artichoke hearts, garlic, black pepper and dill. Stir until well mixed. Spoon dip into prepared baking pan. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and Old Bay Seasoning TM.
- Bake in preheated oven until top is crusty, about 15 to 20 minutes.
- Cut the top off the loaf of bread. Hollow out the loaf and cube the top and the removed pieces so that they may be used for dipping. Spoon hot dip into hollow bread loaf. Serve immediately with bread pieces for dipping.

- 1. In lg bowl, stir together crab, mayonnaise, sour cream, green onion, dillweed, lemon peel, lemon juice and hot pepper sauce.
- 2. Season w/ salt and pepper. Cover, chill 2 hrs. Fill phyllo cups evenly w/ dip. Bake at 350 for 5 mins, or until heated through.
