Steps:
- 1. In a small bowl, beat cream cheese and mustard until smooth. Stir in the Swiss cheese, ham and 1/4 cup chives. Next, Spread 1 Tbsp. of the mixture over each bread slice; place them on an un-greased baking sheet.
- 2. Bake at 350 degrees for 12-15 minutes or until lightly browned. Sprinkle with remaining chives.

I usually double this recipe and sometimes have it as the main dish paired with a salad.
