cooking spray
1 (17.5 ounce) pouch sugar cookie mix
½ cup unsalted butter, softened
1 large egg, at room temperature
4 (1.55 ounce) bars white chocolate candy with chocolate cookie bits, chopped
1 (8 ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed
¾ cup prepared vanilla frosting
12 chocolate sandwich cookies (such as Oreo®), chopped

Steps:

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Spray the bottom and sides of a 9x13-inch baking pan with cooking spray.
  • Mix cookie mix, butter, and egg together in a large bowl until well blended. Stir in chopped candy bars. Press dough into the bottom of the prepared pan.
  • Bake in the preheated oven until light golden brown, 15 to 18 minutes. Let crust cool completely, about 1 hour.
  • Combine whipped topping and frosting in a large bowl until well blended. Reserve 1/4 cup chopped cookies; gently stir remaining cookies into frosting mixture until well combined. Spread over the cooled crust. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate until chilled, about 2 hours. Cut into 6 rows and 6 columns for 36 bars.

I found this recipe on picky-palate.com. It's similar to rice krispy treats, but uses oreo cookies instead. The yield said 9 large bars, but I cut mine small, because they are rich.

1 (16 ounce) package Oreo cookies
5 cups large marshmallows
4 tablespoons butter

Steps:

  • Place oreos into food processor and pulse until ground. Melt butter and marshmallows in microwave until puffed; about 1 1/2 - 2 minutes. Remove and pour in ground oreos. Stir to combine and then press into foil lined 8x8 inch baking pan. Let set up for 10 minutes. Remove bars out of pan with edges of foil and cut into squares.

20 cookies and cream cookies
3 tablespoons butter, melted
4 cups cookie dough cream ice cream, softened
1/4 cup caramel ice cream topping
2 cups thawed whipped topping
Shaved semi-sweet chocolate, for garnish

Steps:

  • Double line a 9-inch square baking pan with foil, leaving 2 handles extended over the sides.
  • Pulse the cookies in a food processor until fine. Toss the cookies and butter in a medium bowl. Firmly press the cookie crumbs into the bottom of the prepared pan.
  • Carefully spread the softened ice cream across the crust. Drizzle with the caramel and top with the whipped topping. Sprinkle with a dusting of shaved chocolate. Place in the freezer for 3 hours to firm up.
  • Slice into bars to serve.

1 (6 ounce) package white chocolate candy bar with chocolate cookie bits
½ cup butter
½ cup white sugar
2 eggs
½ teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup all-purpose flour
½ teaspoon baking powder
1 pinch salt
½ (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
¾ cup miniature semisweet chocolate chips

Steps:

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Butter a 9-inch springform pan.
  • Melt candy bar, butter, and sugar in a saucepan over medium-low heat. Whisk in eggs and vanilla extract. Add flour, baking powder, and salt. Stir until smooth. Pour into the prepared pan.
  • Bake in the preheated oven until edges are golden, about 20 minutes. Immediately pour condensed milk on top. Add chocolate chips. Let cool, at least 15 minutes. Cut and serve.

16 oz bag of oreo cookies
5 c large marshmellows
4 Tbsp butter

Steps:

  • 1. Place Oreos in food processor and pulse until ground. Melt marshmallows and butter in microwave until puffed, about 1 1/2- 2 minutes. Remove and pour in ground Oreo Cookies. Stir to combine then transfer to a foil lined 8×8 inch baking pan. Let set up for 10 minutes. Remove bars out of pan with edges of foil and cut into squares.
  • 2. I used my perfect brownie pan for these too. Sprayed the entire pan with cooking spray then patted mix evenly into the pan and added the divider. Once bars set for about 20 minutes i pushed pan down on the stand and removed the divider. Perfect sized bars!

1 pouch (1 lb 1.5 oz) Betty Crocker™ sugar cookie mix
1/2 cup butter or margarine, softened
1 egg
4 bars (1.55 oz each) white chocolate candy with chocolate cookie bits, unwrapped, chopped
3/4 cup Betty Crocker™ Whipped vanilla frosting (from 12 oz container)
1 container (8 oz) frozen extra-creamy whipped topping with real cream, thawed
12 cream-filled chocolate sandwich cookies, chopped

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 350°F. Spray bottom and sides of 13x9-inch pan with cooking spray. In large bowl, stir cookie mix, butter and egg until soft dough forms. Stir in chopped candy bars. Press dough in bottom of pan. Bake 15 to 18 minutes or until light golden brown. Cool completely, about 1 hour.
  • In large bowl, combine frosting and whipped topping until well blended. Reserve 1/4 cup chopped cookies. Gently stir the remaining chopped cookies into frosting mixture until well blended.
