- 1. In a bowl. whisk milk, orange juice concertrate and pudding mix for 2 minutes.
- 2. Let stand for 2 minutes or until soft-set. Whisk in sour cream.
- 3. over and refrigerate for a least 4 hours. Serve with fresh fruit.

- In medium bowl, beat cream cheese with electric mixer on low speed until smooth.
- Add yogurt, powdered sugar, orange juice concentrate and vanilla; beat 30 to 60 seconds on low speed until blended and smooth. Gently stir in whipped topping until well blended. Serve immediately or refrigerate up to 24 hours. Serve with fresh fruit.

- In a Dutch oven, combine the first nine ingredients. Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring occasionally. Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 15 minutes. , Stir in the brown sugar, pears, cranberries, apple and currants. Return to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered, for 1 hour or until fruit is tender and mixture has thickened., Pour hot mixture into hot jars, leaving 1/4-in. headspace. Adjust caps. Process for 15 minutes in a boiling-water bath.
