4 cups brewed coffee
1/4 cup sugar
4 cups milk
4 cups chocolate ice cream, softened

Steps:

  • In a container, combine coffee and sugar; stir until sugar is dissolved. Refrigerate for 2 hours. Just before serving, pour into a punch bowl. Add milk; mix well. Top with scoops of ice cream and stir well.

The milk gets wonderfully frothy if you blend the mixture on high for at least one minute. You can use any milk you like. Prep time includes 24 hours of freezing for the banana!

1 tsp instant coffee granules
1 Tbsp caramel syrup
1 Tbsp protein powder, neutral (optional)

  • 1. Cut the banana into 1 inch pieces and freeze for 24 hours.
  • 2. In a blender, combine frozen banana pieces, coffee granules, caramel syrup and milk of choice, add protein powder if desired.
  • 3. Blend on high for at least 1 minute until it gets really frothy.
