CLASSIC LONG ISLAND ICED TEA
This is the way I make Long Island Iced Tea. It does taste different from the usual Long Island. The citrus is a nice touch. Since I am frequently asked for the recipe by those that try it... I am posting it for all. As always, use quality liquor. Cheers!

Steps:
- Pour the first 7 ingredients into a cocktail shaker filled with ice and shake.
- Pour into a glass filled with ice. Add Cola (if using) and grenadine. Stir.
- Garnish with lime wheel and serve.

LONG ISLAND ICED TEA
Steps:
- Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Pour the vodka, gin, rum, tequila, Triple Sec, and lemon juice into the shaker. Cover and shake vigorously to combine and chill. Pour the mixture, ice and all, into 2 glasses or beer mugs and top off with the cola. Garnish with lemon wedges. Serve.
LONG ISLAND ICED TEA
This is the classic Long Island Iced Tea, containing just a hint of citrus. It is best made with top shelf liquors. Watch out, it is very strong, but tastes very good, so you may not realize all the alcohol you're consuming.

- In a cocktail mixer full of ice, combine vodka, gin, rum, triple sec and tequila. Add orange juice and cola. Shake vigorously until frothy. Strain into a Collins glass filled with ice, and garnish with wedge of lemon.
