3 green tea bags
1 quart boiling water
1/4 cup sugar
1/2 large lemon, sliced into 1/4-inch slices
1 bunch fresh mint, washed
2 cups cold water

Steps:

  • Brew tea in boiling water, letting steep for 10 minutes. Pour brewed tea into a serving pitcher. Add sugar and lemon, and swirl in the mint, holding it by the stems and using it to stir and dissolve the sugar. When sugar is dissolved, drop mint into pitcher and add 2 cups cold water. Refrigerate until thoroughly chilled. Strain mint out before serving and serve cold.

7 bags black tea, such as Luzianne or Lipton
1/2 cup honey
4 kumquats, sliced into rounds, optional
2 key limes or 1 regular lime, sliced into rounds
1 lemon, sliced into rounds
Fresh mint leaves, for garnish

Steps:

  • Bring 4 cups water to a simmer in a saucepan. Remove from the heat, add the tea bags and let steep for 8 minutes. Remove the tea bags and stir in the honey. Let cool.
  • Add the sweetened tea to a pitcher along with 2 cups ice and another 4 cups water; stir. Add the sliced kumquats (if using), key limes and lemon. Pour into glasses over ice and garnish with mint.

4 tea bags 8 fresh mint sprigs 4 cups boiling water 1/2 cup fresh lemon juice 1/4 cup fresh lime juice 1/2 cup fresh orange juice 8 packets Equal® - 0-calorie sweetener

Steps:

  • Bring 4 cups of water to a boil. Add tea bags and mint; cover and let steep for 10 to 15 minutes. Combine remaining ingredients in a 2-quart pitcher. Stir until Equal® is dissolved. Remove tea bags and mint from tea mixture; add to pitcher and stir well. Chill. Serve over ice. Makes 2 quarts.
  • Fancy it up a bit with lemon, lime, and orange slices, and a fresh sprig of mint.

1 quart water
4 family size tea bags
2 cups sugar
1 bunch mint
1 slices for garnish lemon

Steps:

  • In a large pot bring the water to a boil. Remove pot from heat, add the tea bags, cover with a lid, and allow tea to steep in water for 20 minutes. Take a 1 gallon jug and pour the sugar into the jug and cover with some hot tap water. Stir the sugar around to dissolve while the tea is steeping. Once the tea has steeped, remove the lid and the tea bags. Pour the tea into the jug with the sugar, stir, and place the tea bags back into the jug and run them under hot tap water to release any additional flavors. Stir the tea well making sure the sugar dissolves. Fill the jug with cold water to yield 1 gallon.
  • To serve, pour each glass of tea and garnish with a slice of lemon and mint leaves.

300ml fresh orange juice
juice 1 lime
1⁄2 sliced orange , mint leaves and ice to serve

3 medium navel oranges
2 medium lemons
