You won't find this in any cookbook as it is a Tammy original.... I named it magic cake; as the stuff I put on top before baking; magically ends up on the bottom when the cake is done! This cake is great warmed with a scoop of ice cream as a dessert, or it works as a coffee cake for breakfast or brunch.... and you don't even...

CINNAMON CHIP APPLESAUCE CAKE
This is a variation on the recipe that you can find on Hershey's Cinnamon Chips. To lower the fat content, substitute more applesauce for the butter. When you glaze it, this cake tastes like a cinnamon roll.

MAGIC APPLE CAKE
My mom used to make this all the time growing up. It is a very moist and flavorful apple cake. She would double the recipe and bake in a 9x13 pan for 50 minutes.
