Cilantro Dip - A spicy sauce filled with cilantro, jalapeno and serrano peppers, and lime. It's great to use as a dip, a dressing, and even a marinade!

Steps:
- Roughly chop peppers and green onions. Place into large food processor.
- Add cilantro to food processor and pulse a few times.
- Add remaining ingredients to food processor and pulse until blended.
- Refrigerate until ready to use as a dip, dressing, or marinade.
CILANTRO BREAD DIP
Tried this recipe at a resteraunt and altered it a little bit at home. Its great with fresh Italian bread with garlic!! Basil is optional! Works great as an appetizer

Steps:
- Wash and de-leaf the cilantro.
- Chop the cilantro (carefully, cause cilantro damages and bruises easily!).
- Dice the green onions.
- Combine all the ingrediants together in a serving dish or bowl.
- Cut or rip the bread into bit size peices.
- Chill for 10- 15 minutes.
- Spoon over bread and enjoy!

- In a food processor, thoroughly blend peanut butter, peanut oil, red wine vinegar, soy sauce, and lemon juice. Mix in garlic, cilantro, red pepper flakes, and ginger. Process until smooth. Cover, and refrigerate until serving.

SPICY CILANTRO-YOGURT DIP
This green dip is tangy and spicy and great with grilled flat bread or cut-up vegetables for dipping.

- Put the cilantro, cardamom, cumin, garlic, jalapeno and lemon juice in a blender and puree until smooth. Transfer the mixture to a medium bowl, stir in the yogurt and season with salt and pepper.
- Spoon the dip into a serving bowl and drizzle with the olive oil if using. Garnish with cilantro. Serve with grilled flatbread and/or cut-up vegetables for dipping.
