Steps:
- 1. Heat Ground chuck, chopped onion and garlic, in a deep iron skillet and cook until browned. Drain.
- 2. Stir in tomatoes, parsley, oregano, beef bouillon, water and macaroni. Cover and cook over low heat stirring often, until macaroni softens about 15-20 minutes, add more water (1/2 cup at a time) if macaroni is still too firm.
- 3. Cover pasta with shredded cheddar cheese and place pan in a 350 degree oven. bake in the oven until cheese has melted.

- brown hamburger & season to taste - drain off any fat.
- layer the following ingredients to make 2 different layers -.
- 1 cup of egg noodles per layer, 1/2 of the sliced celery, 1/2 of the cubed cheese,1/2 of the black olives per layer.
- top the layers with the stewed tomatoes, and add the 1/4 cup water.
- Turn heat to medium unti casserole comes to a steam, then lower heat to low, Cover pan and cook for 30 minutes.

- 1. Preheat oven to 350ยบ F. In a large skillet on medium, brown the sausage, for about 5 minutes, breaking with a spoon while it cooks, then add the onions and poblano pepper and saute another 5 minutes. Drain meat, onions and peppers and add back to the skillet. Discard drippings.
- 2. With heat on low, add the corn, tomato, chipotle pepper, garlic, liquid smoke, worcestershire, cream cheese, cooking creme, both cheese shreds and 1/2 cup cilantro and mix well. Turn off heat when all cheese is melted.
- 3. Cook macaroni in 4 quarts boiling water with the salt. Cook, slowly boiling, for 8 minutes, drain and add to the skillet. Mix well and pour into a 2-1/2 or 3 quart casserole dish. Spread cherry tomatoes over the top, and the chips then spread the shredded cheese evenly over the top. Bake for 30 minutes, covering loosely with a foil tent if it begins to brown too quickly. Remove from oven, garnish with remaining cilantro and serve.

- In large nonstick skillet, brown ground beef, bell pepper and onion over medium heat 6 minutes or until outside surface of beef is no longer pink, breaking beef up into 3/4-inch crumbles.
- Pour off drippings.
- Stir in broth, pasta, barbecue sauce and water; bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat to medium-low; cover and simmer 10 to 15 minutes or until pasta is almost tender.
- Uncover skillet; continue cooking 5 to 7 minutes or until pasta is tender and sauce is thickened, stirring occasionally.
- Sprinkle with cheese before serving.
