Number Of Ingredients 10

4 cups fresh broccoli florets (about 3/4 pound)
4 cups fresh cauliflowerets (about 3/4 pound)
1 medium red onion, chopped
2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved
DRESSING:
1 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup sour cream
1 to 2 tablespoons sugar
1 tablespoon vinegar
Salt and pepper to taste

Steps:

  • In a large salad bowl, combine vegetables. Whisk the dressing ingredients until smooth; pour over vegetables and toss to coat. Cover and chill for at least 2 hours.

I made this and served at christmas time to my family. This is a keeper for me and I hope you will try it.

Number Of Ingredients 10

4 c fresh broccoli florets (about 3/4 pound)
4 c fresh cauliflowerets (about 3/4 pound)
1 medium red onion chopped (i make thin slices as some don't care for it. but it flavors the salad
2 c cherry tomatoes---halved
DRESSING
1 c mayonnaise
1/2 c sour cream
1 to 2 Tbsp sugar
1 Tbsp vinegar
salt and pepper to taste

Steps:

  • 1. In a large salad bowl,combine vegetables.
  • 2. In another bowl mix the dressing ingredients until smooth: Pour dressing over the vegetables and toss to coat. Cover and chill for at least 2 hours.
