EASY WHITE CHOCOLATE OREO® TRUFFLES
These truffles are so easy to make - no candy making experience required! The white chocolate can be easily dyed with food coloring to fit any occasion.

Steps:
- Line a large baking sheet with waxed paper.
- Place all of the sandwich cookies in a food processor; pulse into fine crumbs.
- Combine cookie crumbs and cream cheese in a large bowl; beat with an electric mixer until a soft dough forms. Scrape down the sides of the bowl and the beaters with a spatula to ensure even mixing.
- Roll dough mixture into 1-inch balls; set on the waxed paper. Refrigerate until firm, about 30 minutes.
- Melt white chocolate in a microwave-safe glass or ceramic bowl in 1-minute intervals, stirring after each interval, 3 to 4 minutes.
- Dip balls in melted white chocolate using 2 forks. Return to the waxed paper. Refrigerate until white chocolate is set, about 30 minutes.

CHOCOLATE OREO TRUFFLES

Steps:
- Directions 1. Crush 9 of the cookies to fine crumbs in food processor; reserve for later use. (Cookies can also be finely crushed in a resealable plastic bag using a rolling pin.) Crush remaining 36 cookies to fine crumbs; place in medium bowl. Add cream cheese; mix until well blended. Roll cookie mixture into 42 balls, about 1-inch in diameter. 2. Dip balls in chocolate; place on wax paper-covered baking sheet. (Any leftover chocolate can be stored at room temperature for another use.) Sprinkle with reserved cookie crumbs. 3. Refrigerate until firm, about 1 hour. Store leftover truffles, covered, in refrigerator.
OREO CHOCOLATE TRUFFLES
Very Easy and Very Sweet. I got this from a small resturant in TX They were serving them with Coffee after dinner. Everytime I have made them I too have served after dinner with coffee and everyone totally enjoys. Its a nice small easy dessert liked by all =)

Steps:
- 1. Crush the entire pkg of oreos (try a food processor it works really well). Mix the softened cream cheese into the cookie mixture. Form into balls, about 1 inch, and put them in the freezer to harden a bit. Melt the chocolate in a double boiler. (or micro wave) Remove balls from freezer place on wax paper then either drizzle the chocolate over balls or dip them into the chocolate. Refrigerate. ENJOY!
