CHICKEN TORTILLA WRAPS(2WW POINTS)
from 3 fat chicks on a diet UPDATE:2-25-09 I made these today and i used caned chicken instead of regular chicken and it worked reall well. It didnt change the points at all according to the recipe builder on ww online. I used whole wheat tortillas and those made my points go up by 2.(so 4 in total) which still wasnt bad. these are pretty good and fast to make.I was gonna have one and a piece of fruit but the wrap was filling enough. I couldnt find the fat free cream cheese in the garden veggie flavor so i used regular fat free. update! 3-02-09 made these again(lol) still used the plain cream cheese, ff, but instead of sprinkling with the cayenne pepper, i used italian seasoning and garlic powder! it was delicious! i wont use the cayenne again the italian seasoning is the best! feel free to change the seasoning up a bit and let me know how you did it!:)

Steps:
- Add chicken and broth to large nonstick skillet. Bring to a boil. Cover; reduce heat. Simmer 8 to 10 minutes or until chicken is done. Drain; cool slightly. Shred chicken or cut into thin strips.
- Spread each tortilla with cream cheese to within 1/2 inch of edges. Sprinkle evenly with seasonings. Top evenly with chicken, slaw mix and chopped pepper. Press lightly to flatten. Fold up bottom edge, then roll tightly to form wrap. Wrap in plastic wrap and chill until serving.

- In a small bowl mix together the sour cream, salsa and taco seasoning.
- Add the tortilla chips to a zip up bag and use a meat mallet to break them into small pieces.
- Add a heaping tablespoon of the sour cream mixture to a tortilla and spread it around.
- Add a half cup of the chicken to the tortilla, one tablespoon of the cheese, lettuce and some of the tortilla pieces. Roll up the tortilla.
- Repeat with the rest of the tortillas.

Steps:
- Heat oven to 350°F.
- Wrap tortillas in foil. Heat in 350°F oven 10-15 minutes until warm.
- Coat large nonstick skillet with cooking spray.Place skillet over med-high heat. Add chicken, onion and garlic; saute until chicken is no longer pink in the center, 4-6 minutes. Stir in Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper.
- Divide chicken mixture among tortillas. Top each with lettuce and tomato. Drizzle each with 2-3 TBSP dressing. Roll up tortillas and serve.

MEXICAN CHICKEN TORTILLAS

- Heat a non-stick frying pan over a medium heat, swirl 1 tsp of the oil around, then add a tortilla. Sprinkle a handful of the cheese over one half of the tortilla, followed by some chicken and a few tomato slices. Season with a little salt and pepper. Cook for a few moments to melt the cheese, then fold over and cook until the tortilla is crisp.
- Turn the tortilla out of the pan and cut into quarters. Repeat with another flour tortilla to make another child's portion.
- For the adults' version, start by making a simple guacamole. Halve, stone, peel and slice the avocado, then mash it with the lime or lemon juice and a little seasoning.
- Make the tortillas as before, adding a little chopped coriander. Serve two each and cut into halves rather than quarters. Serve with the guacamole and soured cream, scattered with a little more coriander.
