¼ cup olive oil, divided
4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves - cut into strips
salt and pepper to taste
1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
1 yellow bell pepper, thinly sliced
1 orange bell pepper, thinly sliced
1 medium onion, thinly sliced
4 large cloves garlic, finely chopped
1 tablespoon dried basil
¼ cup balsamic vinegar, divided

Steps:

  • Heat 2 tablespoons olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Place the chicken in the skillet, season with salt and pepper, and brown on both sides. Remove from heat, and set aside.
  • Heat remaining oil in the skillet over medium heat, and stir in the red bell pepper, yellow bell pepper, orange bell pepper, and onion. Cook about 5 minutes, until tender. Mix in the garlic, and cook and stir about 1 minute. Mix in the basil and 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar.
  • Return the chicken to the skillet. Reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer 20 minutes, or until chicken is no longer pink and juices run clear. Stir in remaining balsamic vinegar just before serving.

1/4 cup soy sauce
2 garlic cloves, minced
2 tablespoons cornstarch
3/4 teaspoon ground ginger

1 tablespoon canola oil
1 each medium green, yellow and sweet red peppers, cut into 1-inch pieces
1/4 cup water

Steps:

  • In a large bowl, combine the broth, soy sauce, garlic, cornstarch, ginger and cayenne pepper. Add chicken; stir to coat. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken mixture. 1 boneless skinless chicken breast (6 ounces), cut into strips
1/8 teaspoon salt
Dash pepper
1 teaspoon olive oil
1/2 cup sliced sweet red pepper
1/2 cup sliced green pepper
1/2 cup sliced onion
3/4 teaspoon white wine vinegar
1 small garlic clove, minced
1/4 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
2 slices provolone cheese (1 ounce each)

1 small onion, peeled and sliced
1 green bell pepper, seeded and sliced into strips
1 yellow bell pepper, seeded and sliced into strips
1/2 cup white wine
2 cups whole tomatoes, chopped
1 teaspoon dried oregano
Salt and pepper
3 tablespoons fresh basil
1 package instant couscous

Steps:

1 teaspoon Shaoxing wine (Chinese rice wine)
1 teaspoon soy sauce
1 clove garlic, crushed
½ teaspoon white sugar
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon ground white pepper
1 ½ pounds skinless, boneless chicken breasts, cut into small pieces
1 cup sweet potato starch
3 tablespoons sweet potato starch
1 quart vegetable oil for frying
2 cups lettuce leaves
1 tablespoon salt
1 tablespoon ground white pepper

Steps:

  • Whisk egg, spring onions, ginger, Shaoxing wine, soy sauce, garlic, sugar, 1/2 teaspoon salt, and 1/2 teaspoon white pepper together in a bowl. Mix in chicken. Let marinate for 20 minutes.
