CHERRY / PINEAPPLE CHRISTMAS CHEESE-BALL
Christmas seemed to be the same old recipes. I needed another Cheeseball to wow my guest. I found it by taking a few favorite fruits and incorporating them into a Festive Christmas Cheeseball! this simple yet, wow recipe makes a beautiful addition to your Christmas Holiday. Enjoy!

Steps:
- 1. soften cream cheese to room temperature, then mix by hand or with mixer
- 2. add 1/2 cup drained, chopped maraschino cherries and gently stir
- 3. add 1 small can pineapple tidbits (chopped finely) and drained
- 4. Mix the above ingredients all together and form a ball. I like to allow enough time to leave in refrigerator overnight.
- 5. When mixture is removed and thoroughly chilled form a nice cheese ball to then be rolled in your choice of coconut or sliced almonds. the preference is yours
- 6. Serve the above cheeseball with your favorite cracker. I like to sit it on a Christmas dish surround by animal cracker (iced or plain) and or graham crackers! Enjoy
PINEAPPLE CHERRY CHEESE BALL
This is surprisingly good! Had this during a Thanksgiving party. Great served on wheat crackers or celery.

- Mix all ingredients well except almonds.
- Form into ball and roll into almonds.
- Makes 1 large or 2 small cheese balls.

I got this recipe from a cookbook that was sold by my sister's school. It was a big hit whenever I made it.

Steps:
- Beat cream cheese, then stir in sugar.
- Fold in cool whip. Shape into ball or dome on serving plate. Chill for 2 hours.
- Top with cherry pie filling and serve with wafers.
