1 (16 ounce) package medium seashell pasta
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
1 (15 ounce) can mixed vegetables, drained
1 (5 ounce) can tuna, drained
2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
salt and pepper to taste

Steps:

  • Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add 1 tablespoon oil to the water to prevent sticking. Add pasta and cook for 8 to 10 minutes or until al dente; drain. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  • In a 2 quart saucepan over medium heat, combine the cream of mushroom soup, mixed vegetables, canned tuna, and 1 cup of the cheddar cheese. Gently fold pasta into the soup mixture and mix thoroughly. Pour pasta and soup mixture into a 11x7 inch baking dish. Sprinkle remaining cup of cheese on top.
  • Bake in a preheated oven until cheese is melted and bubbly.

1 nonstick cooking spray, for greasing
3 tablespoons unsalted butter
1 small yellow onion, diced
6 cloves garlic, minced
3 tablespoons all purpose flour
2 teaspoons italian seasoning
2 teaspoons kosher salt
2 cups chicken broth
1 cup whole milk
2 cups peas, canned, drained
1 cup carrot, drained
4 cans tuna, packed in water, drained
12 oz egg noodles, cooked according to package instructions and drained
3 cups shredded cheddar cheese, divided
1 cup butter crackers, crumbled
¼ cup grated parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon olive oil

Steps:

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Lightly grease a 9 x 13-inch (22 x 33cm) baking dish with nonstick spray.
  • Melt the butter in a large saucepan over medium heat. Add the onion and sauté until softened and very fragrant, about 5 minutes. Stir in the garlic, flour, Italian seasoning, and salt and cook for another minute, until thickened.
  • Slowly pour in the chicken broth and milk and stir to combine. Bring to a simmer, stirring constantly. Once the mixture has thickened, 10-12 minutes, stir in the peas, carrots, and tuna.
  • Spread the cooked egg noodles in the prepared baking dish.
  • Pour the sauce over pasta in the pan and stir to combine. Add 2 cups of cheddar cheese and stir to incorporate. Spread the casserole in an even layer, then sprinkle the remaining cup of cheese on top.

1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon salt
1 (8 ounce) package processed cheese food (such as Velveeta®), cut into cubes
3 (5 ounce) cans chunk light tuna in water, drained
1 (15 ounce) can peas, drained
2 (10.75 ounce) cans condensed cream of celery soup
1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Steps:

  • Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Cook egg noodles in the boiling water, stirring occasionally until cooked through but firm to the bite, about 5 minutes. Drain noodles and return to the pot. Pour olive oil and salt over the drained noodles; stir.
  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  • Put processed cheese food cubes into a large, microwave-safe bowl. ½ cup chopped onion
1 clove garlic, crushed

salt and ground black pepper to taste
1 tablespoon sliced almonds, or to taste

Steps:

  • Place spiralized zucchini (zoodles) into a pot and cover with well salted water; bring to a boil. Boil for 3 to 4 minutes, then empty into a colander to drain. Let drain for 2 to 3 hours, occasionally pressing out as much moisture as you can.
  • Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Lightly spray a 9x13-inch glass casserole with cooking spray and add drained zoodles.
  • Bake zoodles in the preheated oven for 10 minutes.

¼ cup chopped onion
¼ cup chopped green bell pepper
¼ cup red bell pepper, chopped

¼ teaspoon salt

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 350ºF.
  • Cook pasta as directed on package, omitting salt and adding broccoli to the boiling water for last 3 min.; drain. Combine pasta with tuna, cheddar cheese and mustard in large bowl.

1.5 (12 ounce) cans cream of mushroom soup (however creamy you want it)
0.5 (14 ounce) can peas
2 (6 ounce) cans tuna
6 slices cheese

Steps:

  • Boil the noodles until soft, and then drain them.
  • drain the peas and tuna.
  • Add all the other ingredients except cheese to the noodles. Stir together all the ingredients.
  • Add the slices of cheese to the top of casserole, and heat on medium to low.
  • Should be ready when all the cheese is melted to the way you want and the rest of the casserole is warm. About 20 minutes.

Everyone has a "tuna casserole" recipe. Everyones is slightly different. I tried to take all the best parts of everyone's I know, and put them all together! This is so easy to prepare, and if you use the "3 minute" cook noodles, it can be ready in about 30 minutes! Great for a busy family that is always on the go!

2 c elbow macaroni, cooked al dente (3 minute type cook works great!)
2 can(s) cream of mushroom soup
1/4 c milk
2 can(s) tuna, packed in water, drained and flaked
1 c frozen green peas
2 c cheddar cheese, cubed small
salt, pepper, chopped onion to taste (optional)
CRISPY TOPPING
1 1/2 c crushed corn flakes
1/4 stick butter

Steps:

  • 1. Cook noodles to al dente per directions on box. Drain and put in medium mixing bowl. Add all other ingredients, and mix until evenly blended.
  • 2. Pour into 2 quart lightly greased casserole dish. Melt butter and mix with corn flakes, spread evenly over top of casserole mix.
  • 3. Bake at 350-375 for 20-30 minutes or until golden brown, bubbly and hot throughout.

2 box kraft mac & cheese
1 can(s) cream of mushroom soup
1 can(s) diced green chiles (small size)
1 can(s) peas (small size)
1 c sour cream
1 c sharp cheddar cheese (shredded)
3/4 stick real butter
2 can(s) light tuna in water (with water)
2 tsp seasoning salt
1 tsp pepper
OPTIONAL TOPPINGS: PANKO BREAD CRUMBS MIXED WITH A BIT OF MELTED BUTTER, PARMESAN CHEESE, MORE SHREDDED CHEDDAR OR ALL OF THE ABOVE! (DEPENDS ON HOW DECADENT YOU WANT TO GET) ;)

Steps:

  • 1. Cook noodles according to package. Drain. Return to pot and leave on low heat.
  • 2. Add butter, sour cream, tuna water and cheese packets to pot. Stir until butter melts. (No milk needed - the sour cream and tuna water take its place.)
  • 3. Add tuna, soup, cheese, chiles, peas, and seasonings and stir well.
  • 4. Pour into a square or 9 x 13 sprayed or greased (buttered) pan. Top with optional toppings (above).
  • 5. Bake @ 350 on top rack, uncovered for 30 mins. Crumbs should be nice and crunchy, but ovens vary so check after 20 mins to make sure crumbs are not burning.

Nice, creamy, and cheesy. The kiddies'll love it for sure! (Leave some of the goldfish uncrushed for extra kid approval.) Very easy to make and a very easy way to "sneak in" some extra veggies for the kids.

1 (7 1/4 ounce) package kraft macaroni & cheese dinner mix (with seasoning packet)
1 (10 3/4 ounce) can cream of celery soup
1/2 cup mayonnaise or 1/2 cup Miracle Whip
0.5 (5 1/2 ounce) can milk
1 cup grated cheddar cheese
1 (6 ounce) canned tuna, drained
1 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 cup onions or 1/2 cup green pepper
1 cup crushed goldfish crackers or 1 cup Ritz cracker

Steps:

  • Cook macaroni noodles until tender and drain.
  • Mix together all ingredients (except 1/2 cup of the cheddar and the crushed crackers) in 3 L casserole dish and top with remaining 1/2 cup of cheddar and crackers.
  • Bake at 325 degrees for 30-40 minutes.

1 (12 oz) package of Rotini or corkscrew macaroni (shells would work too)
2 tbsp butter
2 tbsp flour
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
3 cups milk
2-1/2 cups shredded swiss cheese
1 cup shredded gouda or edam cheese
3 (6 oz) cans of solid white tuna, drained
1 cup frozen peas
2-3 tomatoes thinly sliced about 1/4" thick
1 tbsp butter
1 small onion chopped
1 tsp lemon-pepper seasoning
1 cup crushed Fritos

Steps:

  • 1. In saucepan, cook pasta in salted boiling water till al dente. Drain and return pasta to pan, set aside. 2. In small skillet, melt 1 tbsp butter and saute onions till tender, add lemon pepper seasoning, set aside. 3. In large saucepan, melt 2 tbsp butter over low heat. Whisk in flour, salt, pepper and cook 1 minute. 4. Gradually add milk, increasing heat to medium high and add saute onions. Cook till mixture thickens, whisking occasionally. 5. Once thicken, remove from heat and stir in 2 cups swiss and 1/2 cup gouda or edam cheese, stirring till melted. 6. Spray a 9 x 13 pan 7. Add cheese sauce to pasta and tuna. Add peas. Mix till evenly tossed. 8. Pour and spread into 9 x 13 pan. 9. Sprinkle Frito crumbs over cheese. 10. Arrange tomatoes on top, overlap if necessary. 11. Salt & pepper tomatoes. 12. Sprinkle remaining cheeses over tomatoes. 13. Bake at 400 for 20 minutes (Cover pan) 14. Uncover and cook additional 10-15 minutes till hot & bubbly.
