This one dish meal is a great quick way to cure your craving for pizza! It's made with refrigerated biscuits and delicious toppings.

1 lb ground beef
2 (12 ounce) packages refrigerated buttermilk biscuits (or 3 - 7 oz. cans)
1 (15 ounce) can pizza sauce
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup chopped green pepper (optional)
1 (3 ounce) package pepperoni slices
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese or 2 cups pizza cheese

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Cook meat over medium heat until no longer pink and drain.
  • Cut each biscuit into fourths and lay evenly in a greased 9 x 13 inch baking dish or 3 quart casserole dish (if I use 3 cans of the smaller biscuits, I only cut each biscuit in half).
  • Top biscuits with pizza sauce.
  • Sprinkle ground beef over the top.
  • Layer with onions, peppers, pepperoni slices and cheese.
  • Bake for 25 to 30 minutes or until cheese is nicely melted.
  • Let stand about 10 minutes for easier serving.

15 ounces pizza sauce
3 ounces pepperoni slices
4 cups mozzarella cheese

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Cook meat over medium heat and drain.
  • Cut each biscuit into quarters and lay evenly in a greased 9x13 pan.
  • Top biscuits with pizza sauce.
  • Cover with cheese.

1 pound ground beef
2 tubes (12 ounces each) refrigerated buttermilk biscuits
1 package (3-1/2 ounces) sliced pepperoni
1 can (4 ounces) mushroom stems and pieces, drained
1 can (15 ounces) pizza sauce
1 cup chopped green pepper
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350°. In a large skillet, cook beef over medium heat 6-8 minutes or until no longer pink, breaking into crumbles. Meanwhile, cut biscuits into quarters; place in a greased 13x9-in. baking dish. Drain beef; sprinkle over biscuits. , Layer with pepperoni, mushrooms, pizza sauce, green pepper and onion. 8 slices American processed cheese
1 (10 ounce) package refrigerated biscuit dough

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  • Wrap cheese around each frankfurter then the biscuit around that. Put on cookie sheet with the overlap of biscuit faced down, so you don't have to use tooth picks.
