- In a large skillet, cook and crumble turkey with onion over medium heat until turkey is no longer pink, 6-8 minutes. Stir in bacon, tomatoes, ketchup, pickle and mustard; heat through., Stir in cheese until melted. Spoon meat mixture onto bun bottoms. Replace tops.

Steps:
- Cook beef and onion in large skillet over med-high heat until no longer pink. Drain.
- Stir in ketchup, mustard, salt and pepper.
- Cook for 1- 2 minutes or until hot.
- To serve, divide the meat mixture into 4 servings, then spoon onto the bottoms of the 4 rolls.
- Top each roll with 1 slice of cheese and 3 pickle slices.
- Top each with the top half of the roll and serve.

- Brown meat with onion and garlic, in large skillet. Drain fat, add barbecue sauce, ketchup, worcestershire sauce, satl and pepper. Cook 7 to 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Spoon meat mixture onto bottom halvof of buns, place cheese on meat, add sliced pickles, top with top bun.

Quick, easy, ooey, gooey, messy, tasty and kid friendly cheese burgers in Sloppy Joe form!

- Cook the bacon in skillet before setting aside on paper towels and draining off most of the bacon grease from the pan.
- Add the beef and onions and cook over medium-high heat breaking the beef up as you cook it and drain any excess grease from the pan.
- Add the garlic and cook for a minute.
- Add the mixture of the corn starch and broth, followed by the ketchup, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, steak seasoning and cook until the sauce thickens a bit, about 3-5 minutes.
- Add the bacon and cheese and cook until the cheese melts.
- Divide the filling between the buns and enjoy!

- 1. In a large pan on medium heat, brown the beef and sausage; drain and return to the pot.
- 2. Add the salt, black pepper, onion, bell pepper, jalapeno and garlic. Stir and cook for 3 or 4 minutes until onion starts to soften.
- 3. Add cubed cheese and milk and cook on medium low heat until cheese is melted, stirring constantly so cheese won't scorch.
- 4. Serve hot beef mixture on warm hamburger buns along with your favorite chips, pickles, cole slaw, etc.
