8 ounces uncooked whole wheat elbow macaroni
3 cups reduced-sodium beef broth
3/4 cup fat-free milk
3 tablespoons ketchup
2 teaspoons Montreal steak seasoning
1 teaspoon prepared mustard
1/4 teaspoon onion powder
1 cup shredded reduced-fat cheddar cheese
Minced chives

Steps:

  • In a large skillet, cook beef over medium heat 6-8 minutes or until no longer pink, breaking into crumbles; drain., Stir in macaroni, broth, milk, ketchup, steak seasoning, mustard and onion powder; bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered, 10-15 minutes or until macaroni is tender. Stir in cheese until melted. Sprinkle with chives.

1 (10 3/4 ounce) can tomato soup, undiluted
6 slices bacon, chopped

Steps:

  • Cook pasta according to package directions.
  • Cook bacon & drain on paper towels. Discard drippings.
  • Cook onion in the same pan you cooked the bacon in and cook ground beef until no longer pink.
  • Drain pasta and add to the skillet. Also add bacon, tomato soup, cheese, and ketchup (to suite your tastes).

1 (12 ounce) box Velveeta shells and cheese dinner (I use Velveeta 2% variety to keep it lighter. Do not use the powdered mac and cheese)
3 tablespoons onions, diced
3 slices bacon, diced small
1/2 lb lean ground beef
1/2 teaspoon seasoning salt (or seasoning blend of your choice)
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder (I use more but i like things garlicy )
pepper
2 tablespoons ketchup
2 tablespoons butter

Steps:

  • Cook Macaroni in boiling water according to directions on the box.
  • Meanwhile, brown the hamburger, onion, and bacon in a skillet until everything is nicely browned and cooked through.
  • Add the packet of cheese from the Macaroni box, seasonings, ketchup, and butter to the hamburger, and simmer over low heat, stirring often.
  • When macaroni is done, drain and add to the hamburger and cheese mixture, stiring until evenly coated and heated through.
  • Serve and Enjoy! You could also try adding some veggies in if you like, but I usually serve them on the side.

1 tablespoon canola oil
Dash salt
1/2 lb lean (at least 80%) ground beef
1/4 teaspoon onion powder
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese (2 oz)
1 cup loosely packed shredded lettuce
6 grape tomatoes, quartered
1/4 cup diced red onion

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 400°F. Line cookie sheet with cooking parchment paper.

With slotted spoon, remove beef from skillet to paper towel-lined plate, leaving drippings in skillet.
  • Once potatoes are baked, set oven control to broil. In large cast iron or ovenproof skillet, layer half each of the potatoes, beef and cheese. Repeat with remaining potatoes, beef and cheese.
  • Place skillet under preheated broiler; broil 4 to 5 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly. Remove from broiler. Top with lettuce, tomatoes and onion. Serve with ketchup and mustard.

2 cups water
1 pkg. (11.5 oz.) VELVEETA CHEESY SKILLETS Dinner Kit Ultimate Cheeseburger Mac made with 2% Milk Cheese
1/2 cup chopped tomatoes
1/2 cup shredded lettuce

Steps:

  • Cook turkey in large skillet until done, stirring occasionally; drain. Add water, Seasoning Mix and Pasta; stir.
  • Bring to boil; cover. Simmer on medium-low heat 10 to 12 min. or until pasta is tender and most of the water is absorbed. Remove from heat.
  • Stir in VELVEETA Cheese Sauce; top with tomatoes and lettuce.

4 slices bacon
1 pound lean ground beef
3 tablespoons chopped onions
3 tablespoons oils
2 1/2 cups frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed
1 (11-ounce) can vacuum-packed whole kernel corn with red and green peppers, drained
1 (4 1/2-ounce) can chopped green chili, drained
1/2 cup barbecue sauce
8 ounces (2 cups) shredded Cheddar cheese
1/4 teaspoon salt, if desired
1/4 teaspoon pepper, if desired
1 (16.3-ounce) can large buttermilk refrigerator biscuits or reduced-fat buttermilk biscuits

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 400°F. Cook bacon until crisp. Drain on paper towel crumble. Set aside. In 12-inch cast-iron or ovenproof skillet, cook ground beef and onion over medium heat until beef is thoroughly cooked, stirring frequently. Drain. Place beef mixture in medium bowl cover to keep warm.Add oil to same skillet. Heat over medium-high heat until hot. Add potatoes cook 3 to 5 minutes or until browned, stirring constantly.
