Steps:
- In large skillet, brown/crumble ground beef with the green pepper, onion and garlic until meat is no longer pink. Drain.
- Place cooked drained beef mixture into Crockpot. Add all addiotional ingredients (EXCEPT buns and lettuce).
- Cover and cook on low for at least six hours, stirring once halfway through.
- Stir again just before serving.
- Serve by spooning onto buns/rolls with optional lettuce leaves.
- If mixture gets too dry while being kept warm, add more ketchup or milk.

- In a large skillet, brown ground beef and garlic-pepper blend until thoroughly cooked. Drain.
- In a 3 1/2 - 4 quart crockery pot, combine cooked ground beef and all remaining ingredients except buns; mix well.
- Cover; cool on low setting for 6-7 hours.
- To serve, spoon mixture onto sandwich buns.

SAUCY CHEESEBURGER SANDWICHES

- 1. In a very large skillet, cook ground beef and onion over a medium heat until beef is browned and onion is tender. Drain off fat. Stir in soup, water, Worcestershire sauce, Italian seasoning, garlic and pepper. 2. Cover and simmer for 15 to 20 minutes or until thickened. Reserve half of the mixture (2.5 cups) for Quick Shepherd's Pie. Divide the remaining mixture among the bun bottoms and top with cheese slices and bun tops.
