- Preheat oven to 350°. In a large skillet, cook beef over medium heat until no longer pink; drain. Stir in soups. Pour into a greased 13x9-in. baking dish. , Arrange french fries on top. Bake, uncovered, until the fries are golden brown, 50-55 minutes.

- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
- Combine the ground beef and onion in a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook, stirring occasionally until beef is no longer pink, and the onion is translucent. Drain off excess grease, and season with salt, pepper and garlic powder.
- Return to the heat, and stir in the golden mushroom and cheese soups until well blended. Heat through, and remove from stove. Transfer the mixture to a 9x13 inch baking dish. Cover the ground beef mixture with a layer of frozen French fries.
- Bake for 25 to 30 minutes in the preheated oven. When the fries are golden brown, remove the casserole from the oven, and sprinkle cheese over the top. Return to the oven, and bake just until cheese has melted.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- Scramble fry ground beef until cooked.
- Drain off grease.
- Then add salt, pepper and garlic.
- Add both soups and stir until well blended.
- Heat through on stove and then transfer to 9 X 13 glass pan.
- Cover beef mixture with the french fries.
- Bake for 30 minutes, until fries are crispy.
- Sprinkle cheese over top of casserole and return to oven until cheese is melted, about 5 minutes.

Found this recipe online and sounded pretty easy, so I tried it. My family likes it. I have made with both french fries and tator tots. It is good with both. I like to eat it with ketchup. Hope you enjoy it.

- Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- Brown hamburger with onions and cloves of garlic if using until no longer pink and onions and garlic are translucent.
- Drain grease. Season meat with salt, pepper and garlic powder.
- Return meat to the heat and stir in both cans of soup. Heat through until bubbly. Season with hot sauce, and cajun seasoning.
- Spray a 9x13 cake pan with cooking spray and place meat mixture in the bottom of the pan and spread it out evenly.
- Cover the meat mixture with the frozen french fries in an even layer.
- Bake for 30 minutes, or until the french fries are golden brown or if using tator tots until they are golden brown.
- Remove from oven and sprinkle the top with the cheese.
- Return to oven until cheese is melted. (I leave until cheese starts to get brown).

My original Recipe #221110 is very simple and is a hit with kids especially, but honestly it is not my favorite. I have issues with the flavor of processed cheese (think Cheez Whiz, Velveeta, etc). So I came up with this alternative, which is just as easy as the original, and now I enjoy it too!

- Brown ground beef in skillet; drain grease.
- Stir in pepper, garlic powder, mustard, soup mix and water; blend well. Mix in 1 c of the cheddar and the swiss cheese.
- Pour mixture into a 9x13 baking dish; top with french fries.
- Bake 20-25 minutes at 400° until fries are golden brown.
- Top with remaining cheddar cheese and return to oven for 5-10 minutes until cheese is melted.

- 1. Heat the olive oil in a saucier, add the onion and saute until translucent, add the garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- 2. Add the hamburg and cook until no longer pink, put in a large bowl. Add in pepper and salt to taste. I usually don't add salt because of the salt content of the soups.
- 3. Stir in both cans of soup, the shredded cheese, and pour into a 9x13 inch pan that has been sprayed with non stick spray.
- 4. Arrange the french fries over the top and bake in a pre heated 350° oven until fries are golden.

- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Lightly spray a 13 x 9-inch baking dish. Open biscuits and cut into quarters. Spread evenly over the bottom of prepared baking dish. Brown ground beef in a heavy skillet over medium-high heat. Drain fat from pan. Lower heat to low and add the Velveeta, milk, ketchup and onion, stirring frequently until Velveeta is melted. If you want more sauce, add another 1/4 cup of milk. Top biscuits with meat/cheese sauce mixture. Sprinkle the shredded cheddar over the meat. Top with tater tots/crowns/french fries, spreading them out until they almost cover the top. Bake at 375 for 20-30 minutes, or until potatoes are done and crispy and biscuits are cooked through. Serves 4-6
