This was made for potlucks by a co-worker & everyone knew if you didn't get some within the first hour- you didn't get any at all! It goes fast, that's for sure. Even those who don't like tuna always love this dip.

1 (14 ounce) can tuna
jalapeno (as many as desired spiciness)
1 onion, diced
1/2 cup mayonnaise
cilantro (to taste)
tortilla chips

Steps:

  • Mix tuna, jalapenos, onion and cilantro in a food processor.
  • Add mayonnaise 1 spoonful at a time until desired consistency is reached.
  • Garnish with cilantro & serve with tortilla chips.

8 ounces cream cheese
1 cup sour cream
1 (10 ounce) can frito bean dip
20 drops Tabasco sauce
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup chopped green onion
1/2 cup shredded monterey jack cheese
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
tortillas or corn chips

Steps:

  • Mix first 6 ingredients together and place in an oven proof casserole dish.
  • Sprinkle cheese on top and bake for 15 to 20 minutes at 350.
  • Serve hot over chips,this isn't very good cold.

2 (10 ounce) jars five brothers alfredo sauce
1 cup diced artichoke heart
1 teaspoon Tabasco sauce
1/2 teaspoon lemon juice

  • Thaw, drain, and squeeze dry the spinach.
  • Mix all ingredients together thoroughly.
  • Heat in microwave until hot, stirring frequently.
