8 ounces milk
1/3 cup strong brewed tea (chilled)
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon chai spice mix
1/3 cup vanilla protein powder
1 tablespoon chia seeds ((optional))

Steps:

  • Pour the milk into the Thermos brand shaker bottle.
  • Add the tea to the milk.
  • Add the vanilla and spices.
  • Add the protein powder and chia seeds (if desired).
  • Place the mixer in the shaker bottle and screw on the cap.
  • Shake for 30 seconds or until the drink is smooth.
  • Add ice if desired.

1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
1/2 tsp ground cardamom
1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
1 cup ice

  • Add all ingredients to blender and blend on high for 1-2 minutes or until desired consistency is reached.
  • If your smoothie is too thick, add a little more milk or water.
