CARIBBEAN COOLER
I have not tried this drink. I'm posting this for safe keeping. I found this recipe in Parents magazine.

Steps:
- In a blender, puree a can of cream of coconut, orange juice, 4 cups ice, and heavy cream until smooth.
- Pour half of mixture into serving pitcher. Add 2 cups of ice and 1 cup pineapple juice to the blender. Puree and add to pitcher. Stir remaining pineapple juice into pitcher.

This is a refreshing drink. Cayden suggested that it was a dessert drink. But I think it would also be great for breakfast or on a hot summer afternoon. A great all around smoothie!
