Steps:
- Run cauliflower through a food processor to get 2 cups of cauliflower grounds a bit larger than the consistency of grits.
- Combine cauliflower, spinach, butter, and salt in a large pot over low heat. Cover and cook until cauliflower is soft and spinach has wilted, 5 to 7 minutes. Stir in cheese wedges until the cauliflower and spinach are coated and no cheese clumps remain.

- Preheat oven to 350°. Place cauliflower in a steamer basket; place in a large saucepan over 1 in. of water. Bring to a boil; cover and steam 6-8 minutes or until crisp-tender. , Meanwhile, in a small bowl, combine yogurt, mayonnaise, mustard, dill, salt and garlic powder., Transfer cauliflower to an ungreased 3-cup baking dish; top with yogurt mixture and cheese. Bake, uncovered, 8-10 minutes or until heated through and cheese is melted.

- Place the cauliflower into a large pot and cover with water. Bring to a boil over high heat, then reduce heat to medium-low, cover, and simmer until fork-tender, 5 to 7 minutes. Drain and allow to steam dry for a minute or two; chop into bite-size pieces.
- Melt 1 tablespoon butter in a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the onion in the butter until the onion is browned, about 5 minutes. Add 3 tablespoons of butter and cook until the butter is melted. Stir in the bread crumbs and cook until the mixture bubbles. Mix the cauliflower into the skillet and cook until the cauliflower is warm, 3 to 5 minutes. Season with salt and black pepper; serve hot.

- Place cauliflower in a pot with enough water to cover. Bring to a boil and cook 10 minutes, or until tender. Drain and return cauliflower to pot.
- Stir butter, black pepper, salt, and garlic into cooked cauliflower.
- Mash cauliflower mixture with a potato masher or whisk until a smooth consistency similar to mashed potatoes.

- Bring water to a boil in a large saucepan; add cauliflower, lemon slices, and garlic. Cover saucepan and steam cauliflower until tender, 5 to 10 minutes. Drain water; remove and discard lemon slices and garlic. Transfer cauliflower to a serving bowl.
- Melt butter in the same saucepan over medium-low heat; add salt and lemon juice and cook until butter sauce is smooth, 1 to 2 minutes. Pour butter sauce over cauliflower and top with egg.

Steps:
- Put the cauliflower stem side down on a large dinner plate (or a similar large casserole dish) Cover with Saran Wrap, or plastic wrap.
- Microwave 7 to 11 minutes, until fork tender.
- Set aside.
- Mix cheese, mayo and horseradish in a small bowl.
- Unwrap cauliflower and spread the mayo/cheese mix evenly over it.
- Microwave again for 2-3 minutes until the cheese melts.
- Let stand for a minute or two, no burns please!
