CHOCOLATE CARAMEL FONDUE
It's easy to keep the ingredients for this rich fondue on hand in case company drops by. I serve it in punch cups, so guests can carry it on a dessert plate alongside whatever fruit, pretzels and other dippers they like. -Cheryl Arnold, Lake Zurich, Illinois

CHOCOLATE CARAMEL FONDUE
Another recipe I adapted from a local fondue restaurant. This is comforting in winter and yet goes perfect with fresh summer fruits. Also a great way to serve dessert at a dinner party. One year for our neighbors for Christmas we layered all the ingredients substituting marshmallows for the marshmallow cream and w/o the cream in fancy gift bags. We tied it with ribbon and a tag explaining how to finish the recipe. What a hit!!!

CHOCOLATE CARAMEL RASPBERRY FONDUE (FOR MINI CROCK POT)
I first tasted this fondue at a friend's Christmas party about 8-9 years ago. I think just about everyone left that party with a copy of the recipe! I have served this at my own parties many times with great success. I enjoy serving this with strawberries, fresh pineapple chunks, cantaloupe, bananas, and sponge cake as the dippers. This makes enough fondue to partly fill a medium-sized crockpot.

WHITE CHOCOLATE & CARAMEL FONDUE RECIPE - (4.4/5)
Provided by davidv

Steps:
- Combine the sugar, corn syrup, and water in a medium saucepan and cook over low heat, stirring occasionally, until the sugar dissolves, about 10 minutes. Increase the heat to medium-high and simmer, brushing down the sides of the saucepan occasionally with a wet brush, until the syrup starts to turn golden. Gently swirl the pan and continue to simmer until a deep, amber-colored caramel forms, about 40 minutes total from the time you started. Remove the saucepan from heat and set aside. Meanwhile, bring the heavy cream to a simmer in another small saucepan. Add the white chocolate and stir until melted. Slowly add the heavy cream mixture and the butter to the caramel and stir until the butter is fully melted. Return the saucepan to the heat and bring to a low simmer. Remove pan from the heat again and then stir in the vanilla and the white chocolate liqueur. Serve immediately with your favorite dippers.
