CANDY BAR FUDGE JUMBLES
Two favorite cookies--chocolate chip and oatmeal--team up in this sweet and fudgy baked bar.

Steps:
- Heat oven to 350°F. In large bowl, beat brown sugar and butter with electric mixer on medium speed until blended. Beat in vanilla and egg. On low speed, beat in oats, flour, baking soda and salt until well blended. Reserve 3/4 cup mixture for topping. Press remaining mixture in bottom of ungreased 13x9-inch pan.
- In 2-quart saucepan, heat chocolate chips and condensed milk over medium heat about 5 minutes, stirring frequently, until chips are melted and mixture is smooth. Pour over crust.
- Sprinkle chopped candy bars evenly over chocolate mixture. Crumble reserved oat mixture over candy.
- Bake 32 to 37 minutes or until golden brown and set. Cool on cooling rack at least 2 hours. For bars, cut into 6 rows by 6 rows.

- In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the butter, cocoa, brown sugar and milk. Microwave on high until mixture boils, about 2 minutes. Stir in confectioners' sugar and vanilla. Pour into a greased 8-in. square dish. , In another microwave-safe bowl, heat caramels and water on high until melted, about 75 seconds. Stir in peanuts; spread over chocolate layer. Microwave chocolate chips on high until melted, about 30 seconds; spread over caramel layer. Chill until firm.

- Grease an 8x8 inch square baking pan.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, combine butter, cocoa powder, brown sugar and milk. Microwave until mixture boils. Stir in confectioners' sugar and vanilla extract. Pour into prepared pan.

Steps:
- Place candy bars into freezer for about 10 minutes to firm; slice 1/2-inch to 3/4-inch thick.
- Line a 9-inch square baking dish with aluminum foil amd grease with butter.
- Heat sugar, 3/4 cup butter, and evaporated milk in a saucepan over medium heat, stirring to melt butter and dissolve sugar. Bring mixture to a boil and cook, stirring constantly, until a candy thermometer inserted into the middle of the syrup reads 234 degrees F (110 degrees C), 3 to 5 minutes. Remove from heat and stir chocolate chips into syrup until melted and smooth. Stir marshmallow cream and vanilla extract into mixture to make a smooth fudge.
- Spread half the fudge into the prepared dish and layer the candy bar pieces over the fudge; pour remaining fudge on top of candy bars. Let cool to room temperature before cutting into squares.

- Line a 9-in. square pan with foil. Butter the foil and set pan aside. Cut candy bars into 1/2-in. slices; set aside. , In a heavy saucepan, bring sugar, butter and milk to a boil over medium heat. Cook and stir until a candy thermometer reads 234° (soft-ball stage), about 3 minutes. Remove from the heat. MOVIE THEATER CANDY SUNDAE BAR WITH HOT FUDGE AND CARAMEL SAUCES
Steps:
- For the fudge sauce: Combine the semisweet chocolate, heavy cream, light corn syrup, sugar and cocoa powder in a small saucepan over medium heat. Cook, stirring constantly, until the chocolate is melted.
- Take the pan off the heat, and add the unsalted butter and vanilla extract. Continue to stir the fudge sauce until completely smooth.
- Cool the sauce slightly before serving.
- For the caramel sauce: Combine the sugar, light corn syrup and 1/2 cup water in a medium saucepan over medium-high heat. Cook, stirring constantly, until the sugar dissolves.
- Bring the mixture to a boil. Once boiling, swirl the pan occasionally, but do not stir, until the caramel turns a deep-amber color, 10 to 12 minutes.
- Reduce the heat to low, carefully add the heavy cream, stir to incorporate and simmer until smooth.
- Remove the pan from the heat, stir in the butter and pinch of salt and cool the caramel sauce slightly before serving.
- For the sundae bar: Serve the ice cream with the fudge sauce, caramel sauce, and sundae toppings.
