1 cup low-fat peach yogurt
1/2 cup fresh strawberries
1 banana
1 tablespoon wheat germ (or flax meal)
3 ice cubes (or 5 if they are thin or small)

Steps:

  • Place ice cubes in blender and chop first.
  • Next add yogurt, then the rest of the fruit and wheat germ, blending on high until smooth.
  • Pour into a glass and enjoy!

2 tablespoons orange juice
1 cup diced apricot
1 cup orange sorbet

Steps:

  • Place the brandy, orange juice, apricots, and sorbet in a blender and mix on low speed until the mixture is blended. Continue mixing, gradually increasing the speed, until the mixture is smooth. 1 (8 ounce) container lemon yogurt
⅓ cup orange juice

Steps:

  • Place strawberries in a plastic container and freeze for about an hour.
  • In a blender, combine frozen strawberries, yogurt and orange juice. Blend until smooth. Pour into a tall glass and serve.

This is a refreshing drink after I work in the garden or after a long walk. I'll drink this for breakfast. It's very filling as well. You can add additional fruit if you like, I like to add crushed pineapple. Sometimes I omit the ice and use frozen strawberries.

- 8 oz lemon yogurt
- 2 c crushed ice
- 1/3 c fresh orange juice

Steps:

  • 1. In a blender, combine strawberries, yogurt ,ice and orange juice. Blend until smooth. Pour into a tall glass and serve.
