Leftover Roast Lamb Curry image

Number Of Ingredients 14

2 rounds Tomatoes, grated
1 teaspoon Garlic Paste
1 teaspoon Curry Powder
1 teaspoon Gram Marsala
1/2 teaspoon Cumin
1/2 teaspoon Coriander Powder
1/2 teaspoon Paprika
1/4 teaspoon Black Pepper
1 teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon Ginger Powder
1/2 teaspoon Tumeric
2 bunches Coriander
2 Onions, chopped
34 ounces Lamb Stock

Steps:

  • 1. Fry onions until they start to cook. Cover them and let to carmelize on LOW.
  • 2. Add garlic, stir -- 1 minute.
  • 3. Add meat, stir - 1 minute.
  • 4. Add 1/2 coriander, stir -- 1 minute.
  • 5. Add all spices, stir and add tomatoes; let cook a bit then add 1/2 coriander that's left, stir -- 1 minute
  • 6. Add remaining coriander, stir -- 1 minute.
  • 7. Add lamb stock and let boil. Cover and cook for about 30-45 minutes (until thickened).
