Steps:
- 1. Fry onions until they start to cook. Cover them and let to carmelize on LOW.
- 2. Add garlic, stir -- 1 minute.
- 3. Add meat, stir - 1 minute.
- 4. Add 1/2 coriander, stir -- 1 minute.
- 5. Add all spices, stir and add tomatoes; let cook a bit then add 1/2 coriander that's left, stir -- 1 minute
- 6. Add remaining coriander, stir -- 1 minute.
- 7. Add lamb stock and let boil. Cover and cook for about 30-45 minutes (until thickened).
