CALIFORNIA CITRUS & AVOCADO SALAD

Steps:
- Place lettuce, oranges, grapefruit and avocados in a large bowl. In a small bowl, whisk grapefruit juice, oil, honey and salt until blended. Drizzle over salad and toss gently to coat. Sprinkle with cheese and pistachios. Serve immediately.

CALIFORNIA AVOCADO CITRUS SALAD
Steps:
- Juice the lemon and orange. Gradually whisk in the honey and Dijon mustard. Mix in olive oil, and season with salt and pepper. Set dressing aside to chill. Section the oranges and grapefruit and cut into small wedges. Dice the avocado. In a large salad bowl, toss the baby greens with the cranberries and above ingredients. Drizzle the dressing, and sprinkle with walnuts and blue cheese. Serve chilled.
