NO BAKE GRASSHOPPER PIE image

Yield 1 pie

Number Of Ingredients 7

28 oreo cookies
2-3 Tbs milk
1 c milk
1 box (3oz) instant vanilla pudding
1/4 C creme de menthe or peppermint schnappes
2 c frozen whippped topping
thawed.

Steps:

  • Crush very finely cookies and add 2-3 T milk. When doughlike, press into 9" pie pan. With a mixer, mix pudding and milk and alcohol till smooth and thick. Fold in 4 crushed cookies and spoon into crust. Refrigerate 2 hours or overnight. You can add green food coloring if you prefer.
