Steps:
- Brown ground beef in heavy dutch oven or soup pot.
- Add chili powder while browning and mix in well.
- Add onion and pepper to meat and brown for 2 minutes.
- Drain off excess grease.
- Stir in remaining ingredients except for cheese and sour cream.
- Simmer on low heat for 10-15 minutes.
- Serve with shredded cheese and dollop of sour cream.

This chili is amazing and has great flavor. My sons and I will only use this recipe, we tried others but this is our favorite and chili isn't just for cold winter nights,it is for anytime you are in the mood for chili. I make this alot and there is never any leftovers.

- 1. Heat oil in Skillet. Lightly brown meat, push to the side of the pan, add onion, and garlic (& celery if using). Cook until soft.
- 2. Drain excess fat if using beef. Mix in the remaining ingredients. Simmer 30-45 minutes.
- 3. Very good served over brown rice, white rice,noodles and as for toppings you can add sour cream,grated cheddar cheese,add biscuts or cheese bread sticks. This chili has excellent flavor!

- Cook beef, onion, and ground black pepper until meat is browned. Drain grease. Put the drained beef back into the pan and add the kidney beans, chili powder, pinto beans, salt, black beans, garlic salt, green bell pepper, tomato paste, and the diced tomatoes. Stir to combine, then bring to a boil. Note: Don't drain the beans - that gives plenty of liquid to the chili that is simmered off. Cover, reduce heat, and simmer for 20 minutes. Serve topped with sour cream and shredded cheese.
