2 (8-ounce) packages softened cream cheese
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
2 (4-ounce) packages Buddig corned beef, chopped
1 medium onion, chopped
Pinch of pepper

Steps:

Stir together the softened cream cheese and the mayonnaise. Add the chopped corn beef, chopped onion and pepper. Mix all together and serve with crackers.

Hot pepper sauce

2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
1/2 lemon, juiced
1 scallion, sliced

Steps:

In medium bowl combine sour cream and mayonnaise. Stir in blue cheese. Squeeze in lemon juice. Add a dash of hot pepper sauce and pepper. Add parsley and scallions. Stir to combine and serve.

2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese
3 2 ounce packages Buddig Beef, finely chopped
2 bunches green onion, finely chopped
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
2 teaspoons seaosned salt
1 cup finely chopped pecans or walnuts (optional)

Steps:

Place cream cheese in a large bowl. Chop corned beef and green onions pretty fine. You dont want large pieces in this. Pour chopped onions and beef into bowl. Add the seasoned salt and Worcestershire to bowl. Mix thoroughly and form into ball. Roll in chopped nuts. Cover and chill over night. Take it out a few hours before being served to allow to soften. Serve with your favorite crackers.
