1 (19.8 ounce) package brownie mix
¼ cup all-purpose flour
¼ cup vegetable oil
3 tablespoons water
2 eggs
1 cup semisweet chocolate chips

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly grease a baking sheet.
  • Combine brownie mix, flour, oil, water, eggs, and chocolate chips in a large bowl. Drop spoonfuls of dough 2 inches apart onto prepared baking sheet.
  • Bake in preheated oven until cookies are just set, about 9 minutes. Let cool on baking sheets for 2 minutes before removing to a wire rack to cool completely.

I retrieved this recipe from my Mom in Ohio. This is a great recipe for get togethers, bake sales or you can freeze the dough in a bowl and just pull out what you need and re-freeze.

21 ounces brownie mix, Duncan Hines, pick your favorite
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
6 tablespoons canola oil
2 eggs, beaten
2 tablespoons water
6 ounces semi-sweet chocolate chips
3/4 cup nuts, chopped (optional)

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350°F.
  • In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients. Stir until well blended. I do not use the nuts.
  • Drop mix from a teaspoon onto a cookie sheet lightly sprayed with cooking spray. Bake for 9 to 10 minutes.
  • Once cookies have lost their gloss, yet still feel soft to the touch, remove from oven. DO NOT OVER BAKE THESE COOKIES.
  • Let cool 1 minute, then remove to racks to finish cooling. Store in airtight container for up to 1 week.

These Brownie Mix Cookies are chewy, fudgy cookies that are made with a simple brownie mix, eggs, oil, and flour! Mix in your favorite chocolate chips or candies and you have a quick dessert ready in minutes.

1 (18.4 ounce) box brownie mix
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
1/4 cup vegetable oil
2 eggs
1 cup mini M&M's (or your choice of mix-ins, like chocolate chips)

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  • Line a baking sheet with a silicone liner or parchment paper (could also try using non-stick cooking spray).
  • In a large bowl, combine brownie mix, flour, oil and eggs. Fold in M&M's.
  • Using a cookie scoop, drop spoonfuls of cookie dough 2 inches apart on baking sheet. Be sure to not flatten cookie before they bake (keep the dough in nice rounded balls).
  • Bake for 7-10 minutes (if you like your cookies to be a little more done, let them cook longer. To get the chewy, fudgy cookies, keep the bake time around 7-9 minutes).
  • Remove pan from oven and let cookies cool on baking sheet for 3-5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to let them cool completely.

A co-worker couldn't decide on her favorite for her birthday treat, brownies or chocolate chip cookies, so she said I should just pick one. On the way home I thought this up and couldn't find it on Allrecipes so I created it. These go quickly; I usually make a double batch in a jelly roll pan.

½ cup butter, softened
½ cup light brown sugar
¼ cup white sugar
½ teaspoon vanilla extract
1 large egg
1 ¼ cups all-purpose flour
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon baking soda

1 cup white sugar
½ cup butter, melted
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 eggs
⅓ cup cocoa powder
½ cup all-purpose flour
¼ teaspoon baking powder
⅛ teaspoon salt

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
  • Beat softened butter, light brown sugar, 1/4 cup white sugar, and 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract together in a large bowl until creamy. Add 1 egg; beat until light and creamy, about 2 minutes.
  • Whisk 1 1/4 cups flour, 1/2 teaspoon salt, and baking soda together in a bowl. Gradually stir flour mixture into butter mixture until dough is combined. Stir chocolate chips into dough. Spread dough into the bottom of the prepared baking dish to cover completely.

1/2 teaspoon baking soda
2/3 cup butter, melted, divided
1/2 cup boiling water
2 cups sugar
2 large eggs, room temperature
1-1/3 cups all-purpose flour

1/2 cup coarsely chopped pecans
2 cups (12 ounces) semisweet chocolate chunks

Steps:
