- Heat broiler.
- In medium bowl, stir together all ingredients except fish and lemon juice.
- Place sole fillets on broiler pan; sprinkle with lemon juice.
- Broil 3-4 inches from heat until fish flakes with a fork (about 3-5 minutes).
- Spread Parmesan mixture over fillets and broil until bubbly and golden brown (3-5 minutes).

- Arrange fillets so they don't overlap.
- In a small bowl, combine the mayonnaise, mustard, parsley, and pepper and mix thoroughly.

- Broil 3 to 4 inches from the heat for 4 minutes until fish flakes easily with a fork.

- Place the spread in a medium saucepan.
- Whisk in the Worcestershire sauce, bring it to a boil and reduce the sauce slightly.
- Stir in the half & half and keep warm.
- Meanwhile, preheat the broiler and place the fish on an unheated rack in a broiler pan.
- Broil 4-6" from heat and for 2-6 minutes or until fish flakes easily.
- Remove fish to a serving platter and spoon the sauce over the fish.

- Preheat oven to 400°. Place each fillet on a piece of heavy-duty foil or parchment (about 12 in. square). Sprinkle fillets with pepper; top with lemon slices. Drizzle with wine and 1 tablespoon oil., In a small bowl, combine tomatoes, olives, capers, lemon juice, garlic and remaining 1 tablespoon oil; spoon over fillets. Fold foil or parchment around fish, sealing tightly., Place packets on a baking sheet. Bake until fish just begins to flake easily with a fork, 10-12 minutes. Open packets carefully to allow steam to escape. Sprinkle with parsley.
