- 1. In a 2 cup, glass measuring cup, combine oil, vinegar, cheese, seasoning and garlic. Stir. Pour into a container with a lid. Shake to blend ingredients.
- 2. Pour mixture into small, shallow bowls or rimmed plates. Slice bread and dip into oil to eat. "This is a versatile recipe, adjust the herbs and spices to your taste. This can be kept in the refrigerator for about a month. Bring to room temperature and stir before serving."
