No pizza sauce for this, a prebaked purchased Boboli pizza crust works well --- this is a great way to use up leftover roast beef or steak, all amounts may be adjusted to taste

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Prepare a 14-inch pizza pan.
- Place crust on a pizza pan; set aside.
- In a skillet, saute the onion, red pepper and garlic in oil for 3-5 minutes, or until crisp-tender.
- Add beef and mushrooms; cook and stir for 3-5 minutes or until heated through.
- Stir in seasonings.
- Spread meat mixture over crust to within 1/2-inch of edge.
- Combine the cheeses then sprinkle over pizza.
- Bake for 15 minutes or until the crust is golden and cheese is melted.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- Unroll crescent roll dough into one long rectangle, and seal perforations.
- Press onto bottom and up the sides of an ungreased 13x9x2 baking dish.
- Bake at 375 degrees for 7-10 minutes or until lightly browned.
- In a large skillet, saute the green pepper, onion, and boullion in oiluntil vegetables are tender. Set aside.
- Arrange beef over crust.
- Brush with salad dressing and sprinkle with mozzarella cheese.
- Bake 4-5 minutes longer or until cheese is melted.
- Top with green pepper mixture.
- Cut into squares.

My Husband loves the Philly Pizza from a well known pizza parlor, but they don't have it year round. We set out to make our own so we don't have to wait to have one.

Steps:
- Cut wafer thin sliced beef into 1/2" strips. Marinate in Worcestershire sauce and Italian seasoning 15 minutes in air tight container in fridge, turning or stirring every 5 minutes.
- Saute onion and green pepper in butter til almost done.
- Add beef to onion and green pepper, cook til warmed through.
- Cover each pizza crust with the cheesy sauce.
- Put 1/2 beef/onion/pepper mixture on each crust.
- Cover mixture with Mozzarella Cheese.
- Bake on Pizza Pizzaz Pizza cooker for 18 minutes or in 400°F oven for 15-18 minutes.
