STRAWBERRY WHIPPED SENSATION

Number Of Ingredients 6

4 c fresh strawberries, divided
1 can(s) sweetened condensed milk (14oz)
1/4 c lemon juice
8 oz cool whip
8 oreo cookies, chopped
1 Tbsp margarine, melted

Steps:

  • 1. LINE 9x5-inch loaf pan with foil, with ends extending over sides of pan. Mash 2 cups berries in large bowl. Add milk, juice and 2 cups COOL WHIP; mix well. Pour into prepared pan.
  • 2. MIX chopped cookies and butter; spoon over COOL WHIP mixture. Cover with ends of foil; gently press cookie mixture into COOL WHIP mixture. Freeze 6 hours or until firm.
  • 3. INVERT dessert onto plate when ready to serve; remove pan and foil. Frost dessert with remaining COOL WHIP. Slice remaining berries; arrange over dessert.

You can make this with strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, I've done all of them. I have one daughter allergic to strawberries, so I just made this one a blueberry and froze the others. Enjoy

Number Of Ingredients 6

4 c fresh strawberries or blueberries (any berry you favor)
1 14 oz. can eagle brand sweetened condensed milk
1/4 c lemon juice
1 8 oz. tub cool whip thawed
8 oreo cookies finely chopped
1 Tbsp butter melted

Steps:

  • 1. Line a 9x5 loaf pan with foil with the ends of the foil extending over sides of pan. Mash the berries in large bowl, add condensed milk, juice and the container of whipped topping, mix well. Pour into prepared pan.
  • 2. Mix chopped cookies with butter. Spoon over whipped topping and berry mixture. Spread carefully. Freeze 6 hours or until firm.
  • 3. Invert dessert onto serving place when ready to serve. Remove foil. Spread with additional whipped topping and berries if desired. Put leftovers in freezer.
