BEST BEER MARGARITA
I make these all year around for my parties they are the best Margarita, don't worry you won't even taste the beer, you can double or triple this recipe if desired, if the mixture tastes too sweet you can add in a little more water, use the limeade can to measure out all ingredients

Steps:
- Pour the limeade, tequila, Seven-Up, water and beer into a large glass pitcher; stir with a long-handled spoon until completely blended and the frozen limeade has completely melted.
- Add in lots of ice.
- Adjust with extra water if the mixture is too sweet.
- Serve each glass with a lime wedge on the end.

Steps:
- Combine the tequila, lime zest, lime juice, orange juice and a few ice cubes in a cocktail shaker and shake for 10 seconds. Pour into a rocks glass over ice. Taste, and stir in some simple syrup if you'd like it sweeter. Top off with the ginger beer and garnish with a lime wedge.

BETTY'S BEER MARGARITA
Betty was a friend of mine who was around my dads age and was like a mother to me. She used to tell me about this drink and what was in it but I never had them until now because I didn't have her exact recipe. Betty died of lung cancer last February, before I could get her recipe. I found the recipe on "The Food Network" web site and improvised it to suit my taste and named it after Betty. You can add more tequila if you want to. Warning: More than one might sneak up on you because you can't taste the tequila! :)

- Pour lime juice or the 2 tablespoons of limeade onto a saucer.
- Spoon the salt onto another saucer so that there is a thin layer of salt.
- Dip the rim of a beer mug or a tall glass in the lime juice/limeade and then in the salt.
- Pour beer, limeade concentrate and tequila into a 2 cup measuring cup and stir well.
- Pour into the beer mug/tall glass (with or without ice).
- Put the lime wedge on the rim of the mug/glass to make it look like you are having a fancy drink.

- Note:For best results, put the beer mug/glass in the freezer for about 10 or 15 minutes before serving to have a nice cold, frosty mug/glass.
- It helps keep the drink cold longer.

- 1. Remove from cavity livers and neck. Rinse and pat dry chicken.
- 2. Add next 7 ingredients to make marinade. Place chicken in marinade,cover and refrigerate for 2-4 hours.
- 3. Make sure your grill reaches 400 degrees. Remove chicken from marinade, add extra s&p to chicken,open beer remove half beer. Place chicken on can of beer. Place on grill, turn burner under chicken on low, and close lid. Cook for about hour til thermometor on chicken reads 160 degrees. Let rest for 15mins before carving! Enjoy!

- pour limeade (semi thawed) in a pitcher
- fill limeade can with tequila and pour in pitcher
- fill limeade can 3/4 full with water and pour in pitcher
- pour bottle of beer in pitcher
- stir and chill
- rim a margarita glass with Kosher salt--pour margarita in glass and enjoy, but be careful!!
