Mediterranean Spinach & Beans image

If you want to make this dish vegetarian, use soy sauce instead of Worcestershire. I like this skillet meal served warm or cold. -Becky Cuba, Spotsylvania, Virginia

BEANS WITH SPINACH (LUBYA B' SELK)

Beans with Spinach (Lubya b' Selk) image

This Libyan dish has been posted in response to a Round the World game. Looks tasty and a candidate for the crockpot as well. This could readily be made vegetarian by substituting dried bean curd or tempeh for the meat.
