1 large egg, lightly beaten
1/3 cup whole milk
2 tablespoons plus 1/4 cup barbecue sauce, divided
1/2 cup crushed seasoned stuffing
1 tablespoon onion soup mix
1-1/4 pounds lean ground beef (90% lean)
Minced fresh parsley, optional

Steps:

  • In a large bowl, combine the egg, milk, 2 tablespoons barbecue sauce, stuffing and onion soup mix. Crumble beef over mixture and mix lightly but thoroughly. Shape into 5 loaves; arrange around the edge of a microwave-safe dish., Microwave, uncovered, on high for 4-1/2 to 5-1/2 minutes or until no pink remains and a thermometer reads 160°. Cover and let stand for 5-10 minutes. Top with the remaining barbecue sauce. If desired, sprinkle with minced parsley.

3 strips bacon, cut into small strips
1/2 cup evaporated milk
1 egg, lightly beaten
2 tsp salt
1 c dried coarse bread crumbs
2 tsp chopped onion
1 1/2 lbs beef chuck
1/2 lb grown lean pork
1/2 cup ketchup
1/2 cup white vinegar
1 TB worcestershire sauce
1 tsp chili powder

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 Mix bacon, milk, egg, salt, bread crumbs, onion andmeat. Shape into 8 small loaves. Place in baking dish. Mix together ketchup, vinegar,worcestershire sauce, and chili powder. Bring to a boil in a saucepan and simmer about 8 minutes. Pour sauce over meat loaves and bake about 1 hour. Baste frequently.

1 egg
2/3 cup milk
1 tablespoon chopped onion
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
2 cups Kellogg's® corn flakes
1 pound ground beef
2/3 cup chili sauce
2 tablespoons firmly packed brown sugar
1 teaspoon dry mustard
1 tablespoon vinegar

Steps:

  • 1. In large mixing bowl, combine egg, milk, onion, salt and pepper. Beat well. Add KELLOGG'S CORN FLAKES cereal. Stir to combine. Let stand 2 minutes or until cereal softens. Beat well. Add beef. Mix only until combined. Shape into 6 small loaves. Place in greased or foil-lined shallow baking pan.2. In small bowl, mix chili sauce, brown sugar, mustard and vinegar. Brush or spoon onto loaves.3. Bake at 350°F about 30 minutes for medium doneness. Serve hot.
