Tip: Crust and filling can be made in advance and held until ready to assemble. Cover crust and store at room temperature; store filling in refrigerator. Best if eaten the same day as assembled.

1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk (NOT evaporated milk)
1/2 cup sour cream
6 tablespoons lemon juice, divided
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup butter or 1/2 cup margarine, softened, plus
1 tablespoon butter or 1 tablespoon margarine, softened and divided
1/4 cup brown sugar, firmly packed
1 cup all-purpose flour
3/4 cup nuts, chopped
3 medium bananas, sliced and divided
1 (8 ounce) can sliced pineapple, drained and cut in half
10 -12 maraschino cherries, drained and patted dry
additional chopped nuts (to garnish)
1 (1 ounce) semi-sweet chocolate baking square

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 375°F In medium bowl, combine sweetened condensed milk, sour cream, 4 tablespoons lemon juice and vanilla; mix well. Chill.
  • In large bowl, beat 1/2 cup butter and brown sugar until fluffy. Add flour and 3/4 cup nuts; mix well.
  • On lightly greased pizza pan or baking sheet, press dough into 12-inch circle, forming rim around edge. Prick with fork. Bake 10 to 12 minutes or until golden brown. Cool.
  • Arrange 2 sliced bananas on cooled crust. Spoon filling evenly over bananas. Dip remaining banana slices in remaining 2 tablespoons lemon juice; arrange on top along with pineapple, cherries and additional nuts.
  • In small saucepan, over low heat, melt chocolate with remaining 1 tablespoon butter; drizzle over pie. Chill thoroughly. Store leftovers covered in refrigerator.

1 (19 1/2 ounce) package brownie mix
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 (8 ounce) can crushed pineapple, drained
2 tablespoons sugar
1/2 cup nuts
strawberry
banana
chocolate syrup

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 375.
  • Prepare brownie mix according to package directions.
  • Place parchment paper on 15-inch baking stone.
  • Pour brownie mixture on paper and spread into 14-inch circle.
  • Do not bake without parchment paper or batter will run off stone while baking.
  • Bake 15-20 minutes or until set.
  • Cool completely.
  • Mix cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add drained pineapple and mix well.
  • Spread over brownie crust.
  • Slice banana and strawberries.
  • Chop nuts.
  • Arrange fruits and nuts on top of cream cheese mixture.
  • Drizzle with chocolate syrup.
  • Chill.

1 tube (16-1/2 ounces) refrigerated sugar cookie dough
1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup confectioners' sugar
1 carton (8 ounces) frozen whipped topping, thawed
2 to 3 kiwifruit, peeled and thinly sliced
1 to 2 firm bananas, sliced
1 can (11 ounces) mandarin oranges, drained
1/2 cup red grape halves
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup orange juice
2 tablespoons water
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1-1/2 teaspoons cornstarch
Pinch salt

Steps:

  • Pat cookie dough into an ungreased 14-in. pizza pan. Bake at 350° for 15-18 minutes or until deep golden brown; cool. , In a bowl, beat the cream cheese and confectioners' sugar until smooth. Fold in whipped topping. Spread over crust. Arrange fruit on top. , In a saucepan, bring the sugar, orange juice, water, lemon juice, cornstarch and salt to a boil, stirring constantly for 2 minutes or until thickened. Cool; brush over fruit. Chill. Store in refrigerator.

1 (18.4 ounce) package brownie mix
⅔ cup vegetable oil
¼ cup water
2 large eggs
1 (5 ounce) package instant banana cream pudding mix
3 ounces cream cheese, softened
1 ½ cups cold milk
1 (8 ounce) container whipped topping (such as Cool Whip®)
1 medium banana, thinly sliced
4 large strawberries, thinly sliced
12 cherries maraschino cherries
½ cup chopped peanuts
½ cup drained pineapple tidbits
2 tablespoons chocolate sauce

Steps:

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly coat a 12-inch round pizza pan with cooking spray.
  • Combine brownie mix, oil, water, and eggs in a large bowl. Stir 50 strokes with a spoon. Spread evenly on the prepared pan.
  • Bake in the preheated oven until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean, about 15 minutes. Allow to cool completely, about 30 minutes.

1 box Fudge Brownie Mix (plus ingredients to prepare)
1 (8 ozs) package cream cheese, softened
3 Tablespoons sugar
1 (8 ozs) can crushed pineapple, drained well
2 bananas, sliced and tossed in 1 tsp. lemon juice to prevent discoloring
1 small jar maraschino cherries, drained on paper towels,
OR 1 cup fresh strawberries, sliced
1/2 cup chopped nuts
Chocolate ice cream topping or chocolate syrup, for drizzling

Steps:

  • Preheat over to 350 F. Grease a 15-inch pizza pan. Prepare brownie mix according to directions on package. Spoon into the prepared pan. Bake for 20 minutes or until done. Remove from oven and cool in pan on wire rack. Drain pineapple in a colander, pressing all the juice out. In a medium bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, and drained pineapple together with a mixer. Spread mixture over brownie "crust". Arrange sliced bananas and maraschino cherries (or fresh strawberry slices) over cream cheese layer. Sprinkle with chopped nuts. Drizzle with chocolate ice cream topping or chocolate syrup. Refrigerate. To serve, cut in wedges as you would a pizza.
