1 tablespoon hot chocolate powder
1 tablespoon powdered soy protein concentrate (or another protein powder of your choice)

ice cube (optional)

  • Put all ingredients in the blender and blend until smooth.
  • The ice is for a thicker drink.

1 -2 cup vanilla ice cream or 1 -2 cup chocolate ice cream
3/4 cup whole milk
1 small banana
4 -5 tablespoons chocolate syrup

  • In a blender, process all the ingredients until they are just combined.
  • Pour into a chilled glass.
  • Serve immediately.
