Leftover Spinach Dip
A single batch of this is made by mixing 24 oz sour cream, 1 pkg Hidden Valley Ranch Dip mix and 1 thawed & drained box of frozen spinach. Mix well to combined all ingredients and chill.
Boneless, skinless chicken breasts
Panko bread crumbs
The amounts will be dependant upon how much dip you have leftover.
Dip can be prepared using plain greek yogart in place of sour cream if you wanted to cut down on calories.

Steps:

  • * Place chicken breasts in baking dish. * Cover chicken with thick layer of spinach dip. * Top with Panko bread crumbs. Bake in preheated 375* oven for 30 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.

2 packages (10 ounces each) frozen chopped spinach, thawed
1 tablespoon butter
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
1 can (12 ounces) evaporated milk
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese, divided
1/4 cup cream cheese
1/4 cup ricotta cheese
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
Bagel chips

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350°. Place spinach in a colander over a bowl; squeeze dry, reserving 1 cup spinach liquid., In a large saucepan, heat butter over medium heat. Add garlic; cook 1 minute. Stir in flour until blended; gradually whisk in milk and reserved spinach liquid. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly; cook and stir 2-3 minutes or until thickened. Stir in 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, cream cheese, ricotta cheese, seasonings and spinach; cook and stir until blended., Transfer to a 1-1/2-qt. baking dish. Bake 25-30 minutes or until bubbly and top is lightly browned. Remove from oven; top with remaining Parmesan cheese. Bake 4-5 minutes longer or until cheese is melted. Serve with bagel chips.

1 cup Hidden Valley® Original Ranch® Dressing
1 (10 ounce) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed
1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated
1/2 cup cooked chicken, chopped

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 375ºF.
  • In a microwave safe medium bowl, add cream cheese and Ranch dressing. Microwave on high for 30 seconds or until cream cheese is soft. Stir to combine.
  • Add spinach (squeezed dry) and parmesan cheese. Mix well.
  • Add chicken and stir gently to combine.
  • Transfer mixture to a baking dish (at least 6 cups).
  • Bake for 20 minutes or until bubbly and golden brown. The internal temperature of the cooked dip should be 165ºF.
  • Serve with crackers, bread or veggie sticks.

We're taking this very popular, hot baked dip and making it even more user-friendly by spreading it on perfect toast ahead of time-which not only makes the experience more special and luxurious, but the individual portions allow you to enjoy that beautifully browned crust in every bite.

1 loaf French bread
¼ cup unsalted butter, melted
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, at room temperature
½ cup grated Gruyere cheese
½ cup grated provolone cheese
¼ cup finely grated Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese, plus more for topping
3 cloves garlic, finely minced
⅓ cup thinly sliced green onion, white and light green parts only
½ teaspoon salt, or to taste
freshly ground black pepper to taste
1 pinch cayenne pepper
1 pinch freshly grated nutmeg
1 (10 ounce) package frozen chopped spinach - thawed, drained, and chopped
2 cups chopped marinated artichoke hearts

Steps:

  • Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Line a sheet pan with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat (such as Silpat®).
  • Cut bread into 1/2-inch slices. Transfer onto the prepared sheet and brush very generously with melted butter until well soaked.
  • Bake in the preheated oven until light golden brown, about 30 minutes. Remove from the oven and let cool before topping. Increase the oven temperature to 450 degrees F (230 degrees C).
  • Add cream cheese, Gruyere, provolone, 1/4 cup Parmigiano-Reggiano, garlic, green onion, pepper, salt, cayenne, nutmeg, spinach, and artichokes to a mixing bowl and mix until thoroughly combined.

1 package (10 ounces) frozen chopped spinach
3 tablespoons olive oil
2 garlic cloves, minced
2 loaves sourdough bread (1 pound each)
1 medium sweet red pepper, chopped
1 medium onion, chopped
1-1/2 pounds boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1/2-inch pieces
1 can (14 ounces) water-packed artichoke hearts, rinsed, drained and chopped
1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese, divided
1-1/2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
1 teaspoon salt
6 bacon strips, cooked and crumbled, divided

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 400°. Thaw spinach, reserving 2 tablespoons liquid., In a small microwave-safe bowl, combine oil and garlic. Microwave on high 30-45 seconds or until warmed. Cut a thin slice off top of each bread loaf. Hollow out bottoms, leaving 1/2-in.-thick shells (save removed bread for another use). Brush 2 tablespoons oil mixture over outside and inside of bread bowls. Place bread bowls on a baking sheet., Strain remaining oil mixture into a large skillet; discard garlic. Heat oil over medium-high heat. Add pepper and onion; cook and stir 5-7 minutes or until tender. Remove from pan., Add chicken to pan; cook and stir over medium-high heat 6-8 minutes or until no longer pink. Reduce heat to medium. Add artichoke hearts, cream cheese, 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, salt, spinach, pepper mixture and reserved spinach liquid; cook and stir until cream cheese is melted. Stir in 1/4 cup crumbled bacon. Remove from heat., Divide mixture between bread bowls; top with remaining bacon. Sprinkle remaining Parmesan cheese over filling and bowls., Bake, uncovered, 10 minutes. Cover loosely with foil; bake 8-12 minutes longer or until filling is heated through. Let stand 10 minutes before serving. To serve, cut each bowl into 4 wedges. Freeze option: Cool chicken mixture before filling bread bowls. Securely wrap unbaked bowls in foil; place in resealable plastic freezer bags and freeze. To use, partially thaw in refrigerator overnight. Unwrap bowls and place on a baking sheet. Cover loosely with foil and bake in a preheated 350° oven 1 hour. Bake, uncovered, 10-15 minutes longer or until filling is heated through and a thermometer inserted in center reads 165°.

1 (13.75 ounce) can artichoke hearts, drained
1 (12.5 fl oz) can chunk chicken, drained
1 cup mayonnaise
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
2 cloves garlic, crushed
1 teaspoon liquid smoke flavoring

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  • Combine the spinach, artichokes, chicken, mayonnaise, cheese, garlic, and liquid smoke in a large bowl; mix well. Spoon mixture into a glass baking dish.
