Number Of Ingredients 14

8 - pork chops, whatever type you prefer
1 - egg
1 cup(s) milk
3\4 cup(s) cornflake crumbs
1/4 cup(s) dry bread crumbs
4 teaspoon(s) paprika
2 teaspoon(s) dried oregano
3/4 teaspoon(s) chili powder
1/2 teaspoon(s) garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon(s) black pepper
1/8 teaspoon(s) ceyenne pepper
1/8 teaspoon(s) dry mustard
1/2 teaspoon(s) salt
- cooking spray as needed

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  • Beat egg with milk. Place pork chops in milk mixture and let stand for 5 minutes, turning once.
  • Meanwhile, mix cornflake crumbs, spices and salt.
  • Remove chops from mixture and coat thoroughly with crumb mixture.
  • Place chops in a 9x13" Baking pan coated with nonstick cooking spray. and bake at 375 for 20-25 minutes. Turn chops and bake an additional 15 - 20 minutes or until no pink remains.

Number Of Ingredients 7

4 pork chops (1/2 to 3/4 inch thick)
salt and pepper to season pork
2 about 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 large onion, sliced into thick rings
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 teaspoons worcestershire sauce
3 tablespoons banana or tomato catsup

Steps:

  • Lightly brown both sides of seasoned pork chops (salt and pepper) in hot oil in a skillet. Arrange onion rings on top of browned pork chops. In a small bowl, combine soup, worcestershire sauce and catsup and spoon over pork and onion rings. Cover skillet with glass lid and bake in 350 F oven for an hour.
