BACON-RANCH SPINACH DIP
During the hectic holiday season, my slow cooker works overtime. I fill it with a savory bacon dip and watch everyone line up for a helping. Keep the recipe in mind for tailgating, too. -Crystal Schlueter, Northglenn, Colorado

- In a large bowl, beat cream cheese, salad dressing and milk until blended. Stir in cheese, artichokes, spinach, tomatoes, bacon and green onions. Transfer to a 4- or 5-qt. slow cooker., Cook, covered, on low 2-3 hours or until heated through. Serve with crackers and vegetables.

My Kids love this...and it is full of spinach. I can guarantee if your kids dont like spinach..they will love this!!

- 1. 1.Slice bread, at an angle,and lay on sheet pan, and place in a 350 oven for 5-8 min. Just to crisp up a bit, set aside. 2.In bowl, mix your cream cheese, bacon, mayo, garlic, and black pepper until smooth. 3.Add in your spinach, and Jack cheese, mix well.
- 2. 4.Spread your spinach and cheese mixture evenly over the toasted bread, sprinkle with chopped pecans. 5.Place in oven at 350 and bake for about 20 minutes. Enjoy!
