Steps:
- Preheat the oven to 425 degrees. Put 6 tbs of butter in a pan and place in the oven to melt. While butter is melting blend the remaining ingredients in a blender. Once liquidy and butter is melted, pour mix into pan. Cook for apx 20 minutes.
- If desired, sprinkle powder sugar on each serving for an extra treat.

This is an old family favorite. It's simple to make but looks like you made the extra effort, and it tastes delicious. Serving size is estimated, but if you're serving more than a couple people I'd recommend making 2 batches because it will disappear.

- While oven is preheating at 400, melt butter in a cast iron skillet.
- Blend eggs, milk, flour, and vanilla together in blender and pour into hot pan with melted butter.
- Bake for 20 minutes.
- Sprinkle with powdered sugar, lemon juice, jam, syrup, or additional butter if desired.
