THE MOST FAMOUS ARABIAN BEVERAGE - QAHWA
This is "THE MOST" famous after-dinner drink here in the Sultante of Oman. It's really light and is served in traditional Omani homes in a golden/silver jug on a straw mat. I once had a beautiful experience sipping this beverage in a traditional Omani home that had in it this most well-knit family who served from their soul; this is one experience and one drink I always hold close to my heart :)

The Art of Making Arabic Qahwa
Making Arabic Qahwa is actually an art in itself. It requires a special type of coffee pot called "dallah" or "briki" and a small stove. First, the coffee beans are roasted and finely ground.
