3 teaspoons ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking soda
½ teaspoon baking powder
3 eggs
1 ¾ cups white sugar
1 cup vegetable oil
1 cup shredded zucchini
1 cup applesauce
3 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 cup chopped pecans

Steps:

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease two loaf pans.
  • Combine flour, cinnamon, salt, baking soda, and baking powder in a bowl and set aside.

3 medium bananas
1 egg
1/2 cup applesauce
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder

2/3 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 cup wheat germ
1 cup quick-cooking oatmeal
1/4 teaspoon cocoa powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon real maple syrup
1 teaspoon milk

Steps:

  • 1Oven at 350°F
  • 2Spray bread pan with non-stick cooking spray.
  • 3Mix banana and zucchini. Add egg and applesauce.
  • 4 In a seperate bowl, combine flour, baking soda, baking powder, oatmeal, and salt
  • 5Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients, stirring until just combined.

  • Preheat oven to 350. Grease one 9 x 5 inch loaf pans. OR, one 12-cup muffin tin.
